Managing Director
Ioana Filipescu has over 20 years of experience in financial services and investment banking within Filipescu Vişa, EBRD, KPMG and between 2004 – 2014 as Managing Director Raiffeisen Investment Romania.
During her career Ioana has contributed to the closing of over 15 M&A transactions wither on the seller side, or the buyer side. Ioana is ranked first in România and ninth in CEE among M&A consultants between 2000 – 2016 based on the number of transactions closed, according to independent research company MERGERMARKET.
Ioana has a graduation certificate from École Nationale d’Administration - ENA as well as a master in polytechnic studies.

Executive Director
Florin Vişa has 16 years of experience as M&A consultant in Filipescu Vişa and companies such as KPMG, ABN AMRO/RBS and Raiffeisen Investment.
Since 2008 his position was of M&A Director. Florin acted as consultant in over 15 successful transactions with an aggregated value of over 1 billion euros. Florin is ranked second in Romania and eighth in CEE among M&A consultants between 2000– 2016 based on the number of transactions closed, according to independent research company MERGERMARKET.
Florin is an International Business Graduate and has completed over 15 specialized M&A training courses.
