We lead you through all the necessary steps of a transaction, from devising a comprehensive project team including the required skillset, to valuation analysis, preparing marketing documents, identifying suitable buyers/targets, negotiating term sheets and indicative offers, assisting with due diligence and overseeing the drafting and finalization of transaction documentation. When we advise sellers, our aim is to get the best deal on the table and lock the benefits for our clients. We provide sufficient competition to the process to ensure our client that the price and term received are truly the best the market may offer at a given time and thus eliminate uncertainties and increase chances of deal closing. When we advise buyers, our goal is to safeguard our client’s business interest and to lay the groundwork for a value enhancing transaction. Financing assistance

When a company does not have the in-house resources to negotiate, prepare and update the documentation requested by banks and international financial institutions, we are available to support and provide access to more complex financial products.
Our tasks include assisting the management in developing an investment thesis as well as the financing memorandum supporting the investment thesis with the requisite facts and data.

We are also involved in assisting in the preparation of the company’s business plan and facilitating and monitoring the lenders’ due diligence.
